Kansas Rules Regarding The Kansas Hunters

When hunting on a private land, the state of Kansas requires hunters to get permission from the owner of the private land. You should also know that there are many private lands in the state that allows hunters with a written permission only. Before hunting in the state of Kansas, it is important that you obtain a hunter certificate first. If a hunter was born on January 1, 1957 or after that date, he or she must have finished a a hunter education course that has been approved by the state in order to become a certified hunter. If you have a child who is under the age of 15, he or she can hunt only with the supervision of an adult.
